Custom Photo LED Lights: You can upload any .jpeg, .jpg, .png, or other photo format. Please ensure your photo is not blurry and is well-lit. Custom Logo LED Lights: We prefer to have the original .svg, .ai, or other vector files. If you only have a .jpg, .jpeg, or other non-vector file, additional charges may apply. We will not accept a picture of a computer screen. Custom Design LED Lights: We prefer to have the original .svg, .ai, or other vector files. If you only have a .jpg, .jpeg, or other non-vector file, additional charges may apply. We will not accept a picture of a computer screen. You can send us non-original graphics and designs, or send us an idea that you have for a design that you would like us to create.

We can use photos of any quality to create your light, however, be aware that the higher quality the photo is the better your light will look. We cannot edit any photos to increase the sharpness or clarity. If the original photo is blurry, the light will also look blurry in the same places.

All non-custom orders ship within 48 hours. For custom orders, we will send you a proof within 48 hours. Once you approve this proof, we will ship your item within 48 hours of receiving your approval.

We do not utilize any ink to engrave your light. As a result, the light will only shine one color at a time, which depends on which color you have it set to via the remote (there are 16 different color options).

Yes. Replacements can be ordered under the "SHOP NOW" tab. You can order a new set of the base + remote + charger for $10 plus shipping.

If your LED base begins flashing and you are using batteries, your batteries may be low on power. Replace your batteries and the flashing should stop. If the flashing does not stop, please contact us at Led62.info@gmail.com

We offer discounts on bulk purchases for orders that are exactly identical (no change in the text or image) for quantities over 10.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving the product. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom items. We provide detailed proofs for all custom items, so you should ensure that you are happy with the item before you approve the proof.
